"I have had home owners insurance with Kevin Wingenbach’s office for 4 years. I’ve done business with insurance companies for 20+ years as a homeowner in multiple states. I can honestly say that this office is, hands down, the best insurance office I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had to contact the office for multiple issues over the past 4 years. Each and every time has been an above and beyond customer service experience. Angie, in particular, is consistently friendly, reliable, and resourceful. "I have been a long time customer of State Farm and Kevin Wiegenbach. I have recently needed to add/adjust insurance coverages. The office is quick to respond to any questions or needs that I have. I also received a call recently where they were concerned about one of my coverages and wanted to understand my upcoming needs and make an adjustment if needed. "*1 year update* They've still been great, checking in and always available for a call or text if I have questions about my policy. They were super helpful today when I reached out about my policy in regards to a windshield that broke from the weather we had lately. And were helpful a few months ago when I called to ask questions about possible additional coverages, what they covered/what they didn't, the cost associated, etc. Was able to get me better homeowners coverage and saved me bunches when I bundled my auto. Very responsive and they check in too which adds that personal touch. Last insurance person never looked to see if we could get a better rate and never checked in. Definitely don't feel like just another number on a policy with Kevin!"
